Introduction. School library management is basically a process of optimizing human, material, and budgetary contributions to achieve goals. The purpose this study describe the SMKN 2 Musi Rawas, specific objective find out how implementation functions in Rawas starts from planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementing (actuating), controlling (controlling) which applied Rawas. Research methods. This research method author uses descriptive with qualitative approach subject head library, librarians, teachers, students schools. Results Discussion. 1) Management at SMK Negeri change used use conventional/manual system switch digital/automated system. 2) Organizing Library has been going well, evidenced by existence an organizational structure clear division labor. 3) movement activities initiated as driving model for existing staff. 4) related control, carries evaluation work carried on regular basis. Conclusions suggestions. starting planning, organizing, implementing, also there are several obstacles faced libraries their implementation.
